Northwest Therapy is seeking to hire an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. The OT will work closely with our Speech Therapist and other healthcare providers to provide the highest quality of care to patients. This position will have the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups from pediatrics through geriatrics. Northwest Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of patients by focusing on each patient as an individual to ensure that we are meeting their clinical needs. We serve our communities through two locations in Ray and Williston, ND.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess & treat patients who have been referred by their healthcare provider or self-referral.
• Through assessment provide an individualized treatment plan & provide direct patient care which may include but not limited to, functional capabilities, limitations & restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Will establish & administer an individualized treatment program with specific goals that are realistic and achievable.
• Document, & record progress and if needed make any adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers in appropriate occupational therapy methods and treatment.

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school / occupational therapy program.
• Current ND state license as an Occupational Therapist or in the process of getting your ND state license.
